This is not my first blog rodeo, but this feels somehow new because I'm writing about life and home in my forties. I currently run an Etsy toy shop here,
but I'm only open from August - April each year to have summers free with my rapidly growing children.
I’m a mom, an interior designer, and a freelance
writer. I’m deeply interested in plants, cooking, gardening, home decor,
and my tastes usually far exceed my budget. I live in a 1940's cottage on the Oregon coast that seems to be in a perpetual state of renovation and I love a good before and after. I'm an avid follower of Young House Love, Chris Loves Julia, and aspire someday to be the kind of blog you eagerly anticipate reading each morning.
